Dr. Devendra Kumar has done M.Phil/Ph.D. from JNU & Masters from Delhi School of Economics. He has over three-decade experience in Development Research. He has also enriched political research in India by devising several tools of Election Prediction. He has been a prolific columnist and has been regularly writing in leading newspapers and portals. For almost a decade he is associated with Bharatiya Janta Party and with its top leadership.
